Clubhouse Rental

The person making the reservation must be a resident of Hickory Ridge.

1. The resident can contact the Hickory Ridge staff to check on availability or to reserve the clubhouse at 636-447-335.
2. If approved, the rental fee of $100 will be due upon receipt of contract.  
3. Prior to the event, the office manager will meet the renter with keys.
4. At this time, a signed renter's contract and a $350.00 security deposit is due. (to cover possible damages) The check will not be deposited if there are no issues or damages after clean-up.

Contains an upstairs seating area, a downstairs seating area, two cocktail rounds, a small kitchen, a deck, bathrooms, and open space for entertainment under the deck and inside. 

Provides five 6-foot long tables, one square table, one 48-inch long table, and 35-40 metal folding chairs,

Fire code capacity is 75 people.

There are no helium balloons or candles allowed in the building.

9:00 AM - The earliest possible access to the clubhouse.

11:30 PM - Noise outside the clubhouse must be contained. 

1:00 AM - Event must be concluded and clean up has been completed.
